Convenient location near two train stations.

The rooms were horrendously small and uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock due to the cheap, foldable bedding. The breakfast was so poor, serving frozen fruits and barely any choices, making it feel like an afterthought. It was clear that the hospitality was lacking with staff hardly around to help. This hotel is far from what I'd expect for the price, and I’d hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I almost thought this place was cute. until I saw the small, uncomfortable beds and negligible breakfast. I mean, who serves frozen fruits? Totally below average. With all that going downhill, I was just hoping for an upgrade, but who knows, maybe everyone here enjoys sleeping on rocks. Absolutely not impressed, could've been better.

The location is ideal, with easy access to two metro stations and a short walk to popular shopping areas. The room was impeccably clean, and the availability of free coffee and snacks throughout the day added a nice touch. However, the breakfast choices were lackluster, and the dining area could get crowded during peak times. Despite these minor issues, the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience overall.

the staff was super friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. with two metro stations just steps away, getting around was really easy! we loved the complimentary snacks and drinks after 5 PM, such a nice touch.

My stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Ginza was delightful. The included breakfast options were simple yet satisfying, and I particularly appreciated the on-site LG Styler in my room that freshened and de-wrinkled my clothes after my excursions.

the bed was a bit cramped for my height. but the automatic check-in was super convenient. had a great happy hour with free drinks. enjoyed the lovely selection of snacks and beverages all day!
